Do I have to have a gym membership to do Evolve?


No gym membership is required. While a gym membership certainly expands the workout options, it is not necessary to train with Evolve.




If I work out from home, what equipment do I need?


No equipment is necessary. We can build bodyweight programs for you if you do not have any equipment. If you have some equipment, such as dumbbells, bands, or kettlebells, we can work with that as well! Equipment gives us more options in terms of exercise selection and variety, but it’s not required.




Do you offer in-person training?


At this time we do not. We do have a private gym studio, but due to COVID related concerns we are currently not offering in-person training. If we reopen the studio at some point we will make in-person training options available on our website. We do however offer live video sessions which can be virtual training sessions with coach Wesley.




Do I need to be cleared by a doctor to train with Evolve?


Yes. It is very important you are medically cleared by your doctor before beginning any type of exercise program. You will have to sign a form declaring you have no medical conditions preventing you from participating in an exercise program




Can I cancel my Evolve membership at any time?


Of course! While we hope the only time you cancel is when you feel you have learned enough and developed the skills necessary to continue on your own, we understand that life circumstances may get in the way. You can cancel at any time and your membership will expire at the end of the current month and will not renew.




Do I get a refund if I cancel?


We do not offer refunds for membership. If you cancel prior to the end of the month, your membership will expire at the end of that month.
